Peace lovers of Shikarpur, with the collaboration of Community Action for Rural Development (CARD), painted many walls of Primary School Jano Sharif and inscribe them with slogans of peace and love.
CARD CEO Pervaiz Abro, Social Welfare Department Shikarpur Deputy Director Nazeer Ahmed Memon, DEO [female] Shikarpur Apa Safia Abbasi, Ms Ruqiya, the HM of the primary school concerned, Majid Banglani, and Ms. Nadia were prominent among those present on the occasion.
The key guests said that youth could play their curtail role to preach the message of love, peace, brotherhood, tolerance, and inter-provincial harmony, but that is only possible when youth would be trained therefore he stressed CARD is the only platform to provide such pieces of training to spread awareness with respect to peace, love, tolerance and inter-provincial harmony. Pervaiz further said that after getting necessary training youth played their role and painted all the walls of primary school with the message of peace and tolerance. Majid Banglani, also spoke and highlighted the importance of peace, tolerance, love, and brotherhood.
A large number of students, people belonging to surrounding areas participated and acclaimed the efforts of CARD and said is a dire need of such organizations.
